Refund policy

At Lunelle Bra, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Because of the personal nature of lingerie, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

Refunds As soon as we receive your return and check it over, we'll send you an email to let you know. If everything looks good, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to show up.

Exchanges Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with an exchange, subject to stock availability. Just reach out and we'll sort it out.

Final Sale Items Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
